I think that society puts pressure on people in the spotlight to look a certain way. And to stay thin, and to stay fit. For so long I was saying “no it doesn’t put pressure” ..but at the end of the day it does. And it’s really difficult. I was reading comments from strangers online saying “this girl looks horrible, she looks fat” and i’m thinking “well they’re strangers, they’re not gonna sugar coat it. they’re telling the truth.” To this day I still have a hard time trying to stay in recovery but also trying to stay fit and stay thin.
